  • As I said, I hit the gym up. 25 minutes of straight cardio on the elliptical machine then I worked on the ab machine until I couldn't breath [a little exaggeration]. Lastly I used three different machines that a supposed to tone my arms [here is to hoping!] I kind of like going to the gym lately, I feel like a better person when I leave and I can tell myself "Hey, at least you are trying!" It is a good feeling.

    Anyhow, here are my food/calorie intake for the night:


    1 Bowl Quaker Oatmeal Squares w/ Skim Milk     270
    1 Banana [cut up in cereal]                                    70
    1 Leftover Taco [no cheese, less meat]                 310
    1 Cup Plain Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Granola              275

    1 Granola Bar                                                       180
                                            Total                           1,105

    I also drink a lot of water throughout the day. I stopped drinking soda just before I started my diet and I haven't had any urges to drink it lately. Honestly, this is the best I have done in so long! I am very proud of myself, I just need to keep this up and I will be looking good by summertime.
